Only normal priced items can be returned within 30 days after invoice. Once item is verified to be in its *original condition (hang tag intact, unwashed, unaltered and in original plastic packaging), we will refund the full amount back to the same mode of payment used (credit card or Paypal).
Discounted items cannot be refunded. It can be exchanged for sizes or other designs if the condition of item is in its original condition*. And no refund of cash difference if item exchanged has a lower value. A top up payment is required if item exchanged has a higher value.
In both instances, customer shall bear the cost of the return courier. Registered mail with tracking service is preferred. Peas n Plums shall not be held responsible for any lost mail.
Delivery Information
Orders will be mailed out in 1-2 working days once it is confirmed. Package via Singpost registered service will take 2-5 working days to arrive.
Delivery fee within Singapore is $3.50 per order. Free delivery within Singapore for orders above $60.
